The Association of Filipina in Austria is a legally registered nonprofit, civic and charitable entity in Austria, a member organisation of the Babaylan Philippine Women's Network in Europe.
VFOE has a Chairwoman, a Vice-Chairwoman, a Treasurer, a Public Relations Officer and an Auditor, each having specific responsibilities.

Our aims
- Promote the upliftment of Filipina women as a whole — in the educational, economic, cultural and social spheres — to enable her to fully share in the development process of society.
- Assist women and children in need, recognising the importance of the family as a unit of society and the belief that women and children tend to be the weaker groups of society.
- Provide channels to campaign on women's issues.
- Establish links of support with other women's groups.
- Contribute to the enlightenment of Filipino migrants and ensure their access to justice.
